According to the update coming from CAF headquarters in Cairo, Egypt, Nigeria’s Super Eagles may likely be at advantage in the coming 2023 African Cup of Nations qualifier.
The football body on Tuesday announced the countries that will be playing their home games away from home and two of them are in Nigeria’s group.
Out of the 48 countries that are taking part in the 23 are likely to play away from home, Guinea Bissau and Sao Tome Principle are in Nigeria group prominently featured.
Super Eagles are presently sitting on top of group B and will face Guinea Bissau in match day 3 in Nigeria before travelling to face the same opponent in their adopted home ground.
The qualifiers will resume in March 2023.
