They dominated the game from the blast of the whistle and got the game settled with 2 first-half goals.
It was Samson Lawal that put Nigeria ahead in the first 15 minutes before Ibrahim Mohammed sealed the game with the second goal.
Nigeria is in the second position in group A with 6 points behind Senegal who topped the group with a maximum of 9 points after beating Egypt 4-0.
