Novak Djokovic continued his impressive form in ongoing Australia Open tournament after defeating world number 25 Tommy Paul 7-5, 6-1, 6-2 to set up a final game with StefanosTsitsipas on Sunday.
Djokovic who has only dropped a set so far in this tournament was assertive in his overall game against the American will now face Tsitsipas for chance to extend his record of Australian Open victories to 10 when they face-off at Rod Laver Arena. Tsitsipas on the other hand had to defeat Karen Khachanov in four sets 7-6, 6-4, 6-7, 6-3 for chance win his first grand slam title.
Djokovic who was nursing a hamstring injury since the second round of Australian Open will have defeat a much younger Tsitsipas who had more time to rest than the Serbian. Tsitsipas will bank on his ability to move his opponent around with his shots and his impressive net play.
