Arsenal forward,Bukayo Saka has been voted England Men’s Player of the Year for 2021/22.
The 21-year-old was Arsenal’s top man throughout last season and he nearly helped push the team into the Champions League places.
The England Forward recovered from his Euro 2020 penalty heartbreak to remain an important player for Arsenal domestically, and he made waves on the international stage last year.
Saka made 43 appearances across all competitions, scoring 12 goals and making seven assist.
The young Forward at international level in 2021/22, made nine appearances for England and scored three goals. Saka was also named Man of the Match in England’s 4-0 win over Andorra at Wembley Stadium.
The attacker won the majority of the fans’ vote to scoop the Men’s Player of the Year award, becoming the first-ever Arsenal man to be handed the prestigious honour.
West Ham United Declan Rice finished second in the fan voting, while the nation’s captain Harry Kane ,took the third place.
