Oyo State FA Cup champions, Shooting Stars will face Adamimogo FC in one of the games expected in the Round of 64 of the oldest club competition in Nigeria in a yet-to-be-announced venue
Adamimogo FC qualified for this stage of the tournament as the runners-up of the 2023 Ondo State FA Cup after losing the final to Sunshine Stars by 4-0 at the Ondo State Sports Complex
The club was founded by a popular cleric Prophet Sam Olu Alo and was formally launched in 2022, the club is registered and licensed to play in the Nigeria third division league – Nigeria National League One (NNLO)
Oyo State’s second flag bearer Ilaji FC was handed a difficult game as the debutant will face Kano Pillars FC.
