Following his superlative performance against Zulte Warengem, the assistant coach of KRC Genk Kevin Van Dessel has hailed former Nigeria’s junior International Yira Sor.
Sor switched to the Jupiler league side during this winter transfer from Slavia Prague of the Czech Republic.
The Nigeria youngster netted the only goal of the game in the 10th minute as Genk defeated Zulte 1-0.
While reacting to his performance the stand-in manager said Sor is a player for the future.
“It is only hope for the future and he is not fully fit yet but we will be able to enjoy him in the future if he continues like this.
He still needs some time to get fully integrated but it is going well for now”, he said.
