Newly appointed Akwa United boss Fatai Osho has said they are ready to take their rightful position when the kickoff.
The former Enyimba International manager was announced as the new coach of the Promise Keepers on Wednesday afternoon and is already talking tough.
Osho spent last season with Rivers United as an assistant to Stanley Eguma before departing at the end of the season.
Former league champion under coach Deji Ayeni missed the Super 8 narrowly last season and they’ve commenced ready for the new season.
“In all the clubs I have worked in, I must confess Akwa United is unique.
There is so much professionalism here in the management of the Club and we have been given all the tools we need to succeed.
“We have recruited well and I can say without any fear of contradiction that we are ready for the league”, he said.
