Chelsea who hasn’t won an away game since October visited the king power stadium hoping to change that after wins over Leeds and Burrosia Dortmund as they advance through to the UCL quarter-finals.
Chelsea started the game positively and was rewarded through Chilwell as a superb volley finds its way to the net of his former team in the 11th minute and had a goal disallowed for offside.
Leicester city grew into the game and got a goal to get them back on level terms through an impressive strike from Paston Daka.
Brender Roger’s boys were able to hold off the visitors until Kai havertz restored Chelsea’s lead at the end of the first half after Enzo Fernandez found him with the right pass.
The home side came into the second half hoping they can get something out of the game, unfortunately, they get their heart broken as Chelsea got their 3rd goal through Mateo Kovacic.
It was another win for Chelsea as they have now won their last three games in all competitions.
