The inspection train of the African soccer ruling body ( CAF) has arrived in DR Congo for the visit of TP Mazembe one of the clubs that will participate in the maiden edition of the Super League.
The former African champion was not listed initially for the competition but asked to replace Raja Casablanca of Morocco.
Raja was announced alongside current African Champions Wydad Casablanca as the 2 teams representing thee country a decision that warranted protest which made CAF change the decision.
The delegation arrived on Thursday evening and they are expected to visit the team stadium and other facilities in the coming days.
They’ve earlier visited Al Ahly of Egypt, Wydad Casablanca of Morocco Esperance of Tunisia among others.
