Nigeria’s Super Eagles striker Taiwo Awoniyi has returned to action for the English Premier League side Nottingham Forest.
Nottingham continues their quest to survive relegation on Saturday afternoon against Wolverhampton Wanderers and the game ended in a 1-1 draw.
Awoniyi who has been an integral part of the team since his arrival last summer made a return to the team after spending close to 3 months out due to injury.
The Nigeria International was introduced into the game in the 86th minute for Cheik Kouyate as his introduction added bite to the host attack.
He last played for the club against Southampton in a game he netted the only goal of the game to hand Forest a maximum point.
