Day 11 of the Indian wells went on in the men’s category(ATP) with the quarter-final continuing.
Jannik Sinner 2-1 Taylor Fritz
It was an apprehensive win for the Italian number 11 seed, Jannik Sinner over defending Champion Taylor Fritz. He won the first set 6-4 then went ahead to win the third set 6-4 to record a tense victory over Fritz who won the second set 6-4.

In the Women’s Category(WTA), top seed Iga Swiatek continues to impress
Karolina Muchova 1-2 Elena Rybakina
Elena Rybakina won the first set through a tiebreaker 7-4 while Karolina Muchova took the second 6-2. The third and final set was won by Elena in 55 minutes 6-4.
Iga Swiatek 2-0 Sorana Cirstea
The number one seed, Iga Swiatek is yet to lose a set in this competition as she eased past Sorana Cirstea to get to the semifinal. She won the game after an hour and 36 minutes winning the first and second sets 6-2, and 6-3 respectively.
Petra Kvitová 1-2 Maria Sakkari
Maria Sakkari came back from a set down to win the match. Petra Kvitová won the first set 6-4 then the 7th best female tennis player in the world won the second and third sets conceivably 7-5 and 6-1.
