The skipper of the Nigeria’s Flamingoes Alvine Dah Zossu has underlined the team’s readiness to have a good outing in India.
The Nigeria side won all their qualifiers against Cameroon, Egypt and Ethiopia scoring 15 goals without conceding any goal.
The team engaged the Galatasaray ladies last week and recorded a 3-1 win with Etim Edidong scoring twice.
The team intensified their training on Monday as they prepared to face Fenerbahce ladies in another friendly game before the end of the week.
” Every training day is an opportunity to learn, good things don’t come easily but we are determined to do well FIFAWWC U-17 World Cup. We won’t rest until we achieve our aim”, she said.
Nigeria’s first match in India is against Germany before playing Chile and New Zealand later in the group
