The Nigeria side is staging a return to the competition after observing self-imposed exiles.
They qualified for the tournament without kicking a ball after their opponent Libya withdrew from the qualifier.
The draw which was conducted on Friday put former champions Nigeria in group A alongside Morocco, Malawi and host Mozambique.
The group B of the tournament consist of Madagascar, Uganda, Egypt and the defending champions Senegal.
This is the 6th edition of the competition with Seychelles staging the maiden edition in 2015.
