The Ibadan-born boxer knocked out his opponent in round one of ten rounds featherweight clash to make a return to winning way following a defeat to Keisuke Matsumoto in his last bout in Japan.
Reacting after his knockout victory, Ridwan appreciated all his fans who came to support him and promised to continue to make them proud in future bouts.

Featherweight Lateef Azeez Knocks Out Bolaji Ewe Ade in round three in his pro debut.
The “Homecoming bout” was organized by Core Afrique Boxing promotions and powered by Zion Sports management incorporation, the bout was endorsed by the Nigeria Boxing Board of Control.
