After winning the Women’s League goalkeeper of the season, Nigeria’s Super Falcons goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie has been nominated for another award.
The 23-year-old shot stopper earlier in the week emerged as the winner of the top gong in France and she also made the team of the season.
The Nigerian International was on Thursday nominated for the National Union of Professional Footballers, UNFP, Goalkeeper of the Year award.
Nnadozie will compete with highly-rated Olympic Lyon goalkeepers, Christiane Endler, Katarzyna Kiedrzynek of Paris SG, FC Fleury’s Chloe N’Gazi, and Kinga Szemik of Stade de Reims for the award
The award ceremony is fixed for the 13th of May, 2024.
