The Nigerian team started the championship against Burkina Faso with a goalless but recovered to beat Niger by a lone goal in the second game.
They secured a valuable 3-0 win over the Young Sparrow Hawk on Thursday afternoon in a commanding display.
Abdulazeez Adekunle gave Nigeria the lead early in the game before Rapha Adams made it 2-0 just before the halftime.
Abdulmuiz completed his brace midway into the second half to give Nigerian maximum victory.
Nigeria finished on top of the group on a superior goal difference as Burkina Faso could only beat Niger 1-0.
Meanwhile, Golden Eaglets will face Ivory Coast in the semi final while Burkina Faso will confront Ghana.
