After getting the required result against Bayelsa Queens of Nigeria, the goalkeeper of Mamelodi Sundowns Andile Dlamini has expressed her happiness about the outcome of the game.
Despite the WAFU B champions dominating most of the game, it was the defending champions that carried the day with a 2-1 win.
The goalkeeper said, Bayelsa Queens proved too difficult for them but they are happy to secure the result.
“Getting maximum points in the first game is always a big boost and we achieved that.
Our opponents proved very tough in key areas, and we are happy with the way we kept our composure throughout the game. Kudos to everyone”, she said.
