As the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier is set to commence in Africa, the Super Eagles of Nigeria clash against the Crocodile of Lesotho has suffered a postponement.
Nigeria was placed in one of the most difficult groups in the qualifier alongside Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Benin and South Africa.
The qualifier is expected to kick off in November across the continent and the date has been fixed for each game.
The Super Eagles game against Lesotho had earlier been fixed for the 17th of November but the latest update from the Nigeria Football Federation indicated that the game has been brought forward to November 16th at the Goodswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo.
