The head coach of the Nigeria’s Flying Eagles, Ladan Bosso has made it clear that they must take their chances if they want to stop the Gambians on Monday.
After overcoming the Hippos of Uganda in the quarter-final, the Nigerian side will face the Scorpion of Gambia in the semi-final of the competition.
During a press conference, Bosso admitted they have missed numerous chances in the past games but believe if the players can take their time in the opponent’s half then they will get goals.
“I have seen them play and I knew their abilities and we have such abilities too, knowing fully that we have been missing chances in our previous games and that is our coaching point before this match and I think our players should be able to have a changed attitude and settle down in the opponent half and not to be selfish and with that, we have a chance against Gambia”, he said
