It was a double blow for the German Bundesliga II side, Eintracht Braunschweig, as they suffered a home defeat and still lost one of the attackers to injury.
Braunschweig with Nigeria’s Super Eagles striker Anthony Ujah in their lineup suffered a 0-1 home defeat to Greuther Furth.
Ujah who has been amazing for the German side this season sustained an injury in the 24th minute after a heavy fall.
And he was substituted for Heninngs before Armindo Seib netted the only goal of the game in the 41st minute.
The extent of Ujah’s injury is yet to be determined as his set to undergo comprehensive tests in the week.
Ujah was part of the Super Eagles team at the FIFA Confederation Cup in 2013 in Brazil under the late coach Stephen Keshi.
