The hammer of the African soccer governing body on Wednesday fell on the 3 African coaches for certificate forgery and falsifications.
The football body fee years back set requirements and standards for the coaches that will sit on the bench for participating teams in the champions league and confederation cup.
According to the CAF, any coaches that will sit on the bench must possess at least an A- licence or equivalent.
After the investigation, CAF found out that the trio of Youssef Rossi ( Morocco), Rafik Mohammed ( Tunisia) and Ahmed Adel ( Egypt) had forged their certificate and upgraded it to A-licence.
To this end, the football body handed them 5 years ban from the game.
