Ahead of the second leg of the CAF Champions League, Ghana Premier League champions Medeama SC has arrived in Nigeria for Remo Stars.
The team departed the shore of Ghana in the early hours of Saturday via a chattered flight with the players brimming with confidence.
Medeama SC is aiming to defend their one-goal advantage recorded in the first leg played last weekend at the Cape Coast stadium.
The coach of the team Evans Adotey believe they have what it takes to qualify in Nigeria.
“We have what it takes to qualify; what we need is to go in there with the right mental toughness to be able to withstand what would be thrown at us for 90 minutes”, he said.
The game is slated for Remo Stars stadium in Ikenne Ogun State.
