After suffering a heavy loss in Morocco, Nigeria champions Rivers United has landed in Nigeria.
Requiring just a draw to reach the group stage of the CAF champions league, the Pride of Rivers suffered an unbelievable 6-0 to Wydad Casablanca.
The team departed Rabat on Monday evening and finally arrived at 4:05 am in the early hours of Tuesday.
They are expected to be back in Port-Harcourt before the end of the day as they look forward to the opponent in the Confederation Cup.
The draw for the playoffs round of the second-tier tournament is scheduled for Tuesday morning.
