English Championship side Watford FC continued its training tour in Spain and engaged in a friendly affair on Saturday afternoon.
The championship is on break due to the ongoing FIFA World Cup in Qatar and the Hornets are taking the advantage to re-strategize ahead of the resumption.
After 4 days of intensive training in Spain, they engaged in the warm-up game against Blackpool FC.
Nigeria’s Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye was named in goal by manager Slaven Bilic before he was replaced after the first half.
Okoye who joined the club this summer is yet to be in goal for the Vicarage Road team in the championship this season.
Apart from Okoye, former Nigeria’s Flying Eagles midfielder Tom-Dele Bashiru was also in action as the game ended in a 1-1 draw.
