South Africa’s premier league giant Supersport United zoomed into the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup on Friday with a 4-1 aggregate scoreline against Gaborone United.
Nigeria forward Etiosa Ighodaro was the hero in the game as his brace ensured a comfortable victory.
Etiosa joined Supersport United this summer from Mamelodi Sundown on loan and his performance has been tremendous for the club.
The first leg against Gaborone ended in a 1-1 draw but Supersport proved too much for their visitors in the second.
Etiosa netted two goals and Bradley Grobeler netted the 3rd goal to make it 3-0 and 4-1 on aggregate.
