In-form Nigeria forward Victor Boniface made all the headlines again in the German Bundesliga on Saturday in Bayer Leverkusen’s demolition of Darmstadt.
The prolific attacker announced his arrival in the league last weekend with a brace in their first away game of the season.
Leverkusen hosted Darmstadt on Saturday and secured a comfortable 5-1 victory with Boniface scoring twice in the encounter.
He netted the opening goal in the 21st minute before Vielhmsson equalised in the 24th minute while Palacios put the host ahead again in the 49th minute.
Boniface completed his brace in the 61st minute before Hoffmann made it 4-1 in the 67th minute while Hozek added the 5th goal in the 83rd minute and secured maximum points for Leverkusen.
