The camp of Nigeria’s Golden Arrows is already bubbling in Abuja ahead of the 23rd African Men’s Handball Cup of Nations.
Coach Rafiu Salami and his assistant, Solomon Yola, during the week, invited 27 players for intensive camping ahead of the competition.
The Golden Arrows are grouped alongside Tunisia, Angola and Kenya and will play in Group D with the hope of qualifying for the World Handball Championship, which will be held in Croatia, Denmark and Norway in 2025 and the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
The Nations Cup will be held in Egypt from January 19 to 29, 2024.
