Turkish Super Lig side Trabzonspor has confirmed the injury duration of Nigeria’s Super Eagles striker Paul Onuachu.
The Nigeria International was in during the week in the game against Istanbul Baseksehir and was replaced in the 68th minute due to injury.
He underwent an MRI scan on Friday and the club medics have made it clear that he will be out for 6 weeks.
“In the examination of our football player Paul Onuachu, who was injured and left the game during the match of our Football A Team against RAMS Başakşehir, a muscle (adductor muscle group) injury in the left groin area and an undissociated bone (ulna) fracture in the left forearm due to an impact was detected.
Due to the fracture, our player was notified.”
“A treatment program of at least 6 weeks will be implemented.
The treatment of our player has been started by our medical team”, the club said.
