Golden State Warriors suffered their second defeat of the NBA 2022-2023 season as they fell to the Phoenix Suns 134-105.
The game was heated in the third quarter as it featured Klay Thompson’s first career ejection and seven technical fouls.
Devin Booker scored 34 points, and Deandre Ayton added 16 and 14 rebounds.
Steph Curry led the Warriors with 21 points. Jordan Poole scored 17 off the bench. Green added 14 points, eight rebounds, and five assists.
During the third-quarter chaos, the Suns were playing well, and their lead grew to 19 points by the end of the quarter. Without Thompson, the defending NBA champs could never mount a rally, and the Suns kept a comfortable lead throughout the fourth.
