The Kwara Falcons emerged as the winner of the competition after defeating Nigeria Customs 78-53 points.
Recall, Kwara Falcons defeated Benue Brave 83-59 while Nigeria Custom outscored Rivers Hoopers 64-59 points.
Kwara Falcons has now qualified to represent in Basketball African League ( BAL).
Nigeria, Senegal, Angola, Tunisia, Egypt, and host Rwanda are the countries with the automatic spot for the 2023 BAL competition at the BK Arena in Kigali.
Elite 16 which will serve as the qualifiers for the countries will commence on November 15th -20 and 22nd -27th in Abidjan and Johannesburg.
