Senegal and Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy could be set for a move across London after it emerged he could be sold to London rivals Tottenham Hotspur to replace Hugo Lloris.
Mendy is the current FIFA Best Goalkeeper, but a dip in form has seen him become the second choice at Chelsea behind Kepa Arrizabalaga, under new manager Graham Potter.
The 30-year-old has now emerged as an option for Tottenham, to replace Lloris who could be nearing the end of his spell with the club, according to 90min.
Recall, Lloris, who will be 36 in December, is his 11th season at the North London club and despite having a contract until 2024, Antonio Conte could be looking to replace him early.
Two other Premier League goalkeepers have also been linked with Tottenham. The duo of Brentford’s David Raya and Brighton’s Robert Sanchez have also garnered interest from the Blues.
