Nigeria’s Super Eagles striker Paul Onuachu lived up to the billing again on Sunday in RKC Genk’s 1-3 win over Royal Antwerp.
Bosuil stadium the home of Antwerp is always a difficult place to play for Genk but it was a different story on Sunday with the help of Onuachu
It was Heynen that put Genk ahead in the 30th minute before Onuachu netted the second goal through a header in the 33rd minute.
Jansen halved the deficit for the host in the 45th minute but Genk did enough to seal the game through Onuachu in the 78th minute and secured maximum points.
In 5 games, Onuachu has now scored 8 goals and currently tops the scorer’s chart in the Jupiler league table.
