Redbull finally won their first constructors title since 2013 after Max Verstappen won a thrilling United States Grand Prix at the City of The Americas in Austin on Sunday.
The race pole-sitter for the day, Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz was out of the race when he was spun around by Mercedes’ George Russell in the first lap and this gave Max Verstappen who started from second place the advantage to take the lead of the race. The race itself was chaotic with Fernando Alonso’s going airborne after crashing into the Aston Martin of Lance Stroll.
A mix-up occurred when Redbull’s Max Verstappen had a slow release in the pits and Charles Leclerc was able to swap position as both cars made it out of the pitch lane. However it did not take long before the pace of the Redbull was able to hunt down the Ferrari.
There was a thrilling end to the race when Verstappen attack the Mercedes of Lewis Hamilton for the race win with just six laps left in the race.

The victory of Verstappen gave Redbull the constructors championship.
