A United State of America-based Nigerian billionaire Shola Akinlade has joined the list of Nigerians that have invested in buying a football club in Europe, the software engineer and the co-founder of online payment Paystack completed the buying of Aarhus Fremad FC, a second division club in Denmark.
According to a statement on the club’s official Twitter handle “We have looked at the date correctly, and yes – it is good enough Aarhus Fremad has closed an agreement today, which means a new owner in the club. We are very much looking forward to the collaboration and eagerly await what the future brings us,”
