Barely 24 hours to their opening group game against Selecao of Portugal, Black Stars of Ghana manager Otto Addo has said their priority is to qualify from the group.
Ghana picked the qualification ticket after they defeated Nigeria’s Super Eagles in the playoffs round of the qualifier.
They will confront the former European champions Portugal on Thursday in their first match of the competition.
The Borrusia Dortmund assistant coach said admitted that the game against Portugal will be tough.
“The objective is to survive in this group, we are focused on the match against Portugal which will be really difficult, and then we will see match after match,” he said.
Uruguay and South Korea are the other teams in the group.
