Bukayo Saka has reportedly agreed on a five-year contract at Arsenal, where he will pocket £200,000 a week.
The Gunners are desperate to extend the 21-year-old’s stay at the North London side, with the winger tied down at the Emirates until 2024.
That is almost SEVEN TIMES more than his current £30k weekly salary, where he is one of the lowest-paid players in the Arsenal squad.
But, his bumper pay rise will put Saka into the bracket of the club’s top earners.
Saka now has less than two years remaining on his contract, a deal that runs out at the end of the 2023/24 season.
Saka has personally invested in an executive box at the Emirates Stadium. Whilst it could be a short-term investment to allow friends and family to watch the game privately and peacefully, it should encourage him to be fully committed to life at Arsenal.
