To motivate and encourage the players ahead of the match against Esperance of Tunisia, Nigeria’s Super Eagles coach Jose Peseiro has arrived in Tunisia.
Plateau United will face the Tunisia giant later on Saturday in the second leg of the qualifying round of the champions league.
Peseiro hailed the players for their first-leg victory and also made them understand the importance of the second leg.
” Congratulations on your victory in the first leg. You people did well by recording a victory against the four-time winners in Abuja and I salute you for that feat, the Portuguese born coach said.
” Today’s match is going to be different because Esperance is a big club. So don’t be afraid of them. Come out and play your game. Approached the match with confidence”, Peseiro told the club media.
