The world soccer governing body is set to introduce a new competition for winners from each continent.
The football body will be from 2025 increase the number of clubs participating in the Club World Cup from 8 teams to 32 teams.
According to the reports from Zurich, Switzerland the headquarters of the body, the new competition will referred to as an intercontinental tournament.
Six teams will play the inaugural edition and the winner of this year’s CAF Champions League will represent Africa.
It will be an annual tournament and 6 winners from each continent will get to compete against each other.
