The organizer of the U17 WAFU B competition has released the official fixtures of the championship.
Seven countries including Nigeria’s Golden Eaglets will take part in the competition that is slated to be held in Cape Coast, Ghana.
The official fixtures were released in the early hours of Saturday with the host Ghana facing Cote d’Ivoire in the opening game on the 15th of May.
Defending champions Nigeria will tackle Burkina Faso in the opening group game of the group B on the 16th of May before Niger face Togo later in the day.
Golden Eaglets will play Niger on the 19th of May in the second group game before playing Togo in the final group match three days later.
The finalists will represent the region in the U17 African Cup of Nations which will serve as the qualifiers for the FIFA U17 World Cup.
