Nigeria’s Flying Eagles coach Ladan Bosso has once again underlined the readiness of his team to break the jinx and lift the U20 World Cup.
The Nigerian team has played in the final of the U20 FIFA World Cup twice in 1989 and 2005 without winning the trophy.
They will confront the host Argentina on Wednesday in La Plata as they continue the push to clinch the title.
Bosso said they are aware of what is stakes and they are battle ready to fight for the trophy.
” We have to fight for the trophy. I think it is still open. Everybody can be there, and I believe we can be there.
We are into the knockout stage, and in the knockout stage, there is an approach, we can employ for it, and we hope we’d have our plans executed accordingly,” he stated.
