Good news for all Brentford fans and English football lovers as star striker,Ivan Toney is set to make his return to competitive football when the Bees take on Nottingham Forest in the Premier League this weekend.
The English man was banned from all football related activities due to 232 breaches of the FA’s betting rules and has not featured for Brentford since their 1-0 loss to Liverpool in May.
He said, “it feels like we lost wi-fi connection but we’re back connected again and reloaded,”
“I feel like a free man. It feels like a weight lifted off my shoulders. I have a target of how many goals I want to get,” he added.
The 27 year old will now be looking to continue in his goal scoring form amidst interest from top clubs in the Premier League.
