Former NPFL Champion Kano Pillars have appointed two former players of the club Jangora Ahmed and Ahmed Yaro Yaro Garba as interim coaches to take charge of the club’s remaining games in the league.
The two managers will take charge of the team following the suspension of head coach, Abdullahi Maikaba, announced by the club’s management on Tuesday.
The soft-spoken tactician had earlier in the week criticized the club’s hierarchy for lack of professionalism and was suspended with immediate action.
Kano Pillars has recorded 44 points from 32 games and will be looking forward to improving on it when the league restarts.
