The camp of the Super Falcons in Abuja came alive on Tuesday following the arrival of more players ahead of the crucial 2024 Paris Olympics qualifier against the reigning African champions Banyana Banyana of South Africa.
According to the media officer of the team Oluchi Tobex, 15 players were involved in the team’s training session while two more players arrived after the training session.
The captain of the team Rasheedat Ajibade who was one of the early birds led other players in the training which was supervised by the team’s coach Randy Waldrum.
Other players that were involved in the training were defender Osinachi Ohale, Jennifer Echegini
Toni Payne, Abiodun Deborah, Ucheibe Christy, Chidinma Okeke, Uchenna Kanu, Linda Jiwaku, Jumoke Alani, Shukurat Oladipo.Chiamaka Nnadozie, Tochi Oluehi, Mitchell Alozie, and Nicole Payne while the late arrivals for Dinner were Rinsola Babajide and Halimatu Ayinde.
Bay FC striker and the reigning Africa Player of the Year Asisat Oshoala is expected to arrive before the crucial game.
