Spanish side Alaves has announced the arrival of the Nigeria forward Samu Omorodion on loan from Atletico Madrid.
Madrid signed the player from Granada a few days ago and decided to allow the player to go on loan for more playing time.
Former La Liga champions confirmed his departure to Alaves on Saturday morning through its social media handle and wish him all the best.
“Atlético de Madrid and Alavés have reached an agreement for the loan of Samu Omorodion to the Basque team for the current season.
The Spanish striker, who joined Atlético de Madrid this summer, at the age of 19, will continue his progress at Alavés.
From Atlético de Madrid we wish Samu every success in this season”, the statement confirmed.
