Nigeria’s U17 National Team, the Golden Eaglets have rounded up their preparation at home with thrashing of Pride FC 5-1 at the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abuja and will depart for Algeria, the venue of the 2022 U-17 AFCON today.

The 2023 U17 AFCON will start next weekend in the cities of Algiers, Constantine, and Annaba, in Algeria.
Nigeria will compete in the group B alongside South Africa, Morroco and Zambia with their first game against Zambia on Sunday the 30th of April
The two-time African champions had an impressive showing in the WAFU Zone B Championship in 2022 where they emerged as champions.
