Paris Saint-Germain forward, Kylian Mbappe, Manchester City’s Erling Haaland alongside 2022 Ballon d’Or winner Karim Benzema also made the FIFPRO XI shortlist.
Neymar, Robert Lewandowski, Jude Bellingham, Luka Modric, Casemiro, Gavi and Pedri are also some of the superstars shortlisted for the 2022 FIFPRO XI.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid forward Vinicius Junior did not make the shortlist for the 2022 FIFPRO World XI despite having an outstanding season for the Spanish giants, The Sun reports.
Vinicius played an integral role for Real Madrid last season as Los Blancos cruised to the Spanish Super Cup, UEFA Champions League and La Liga titles. The forward was also named in Brazil’s squad to the 2022 FIFA World Cup where the five-time champions were eliminated in the quarterfinals.
