Fresh up signing a new deal, Tyler Herro turned up in Miami as the Miami Heat were defeated by Anthony Edwards’ Minnesota Timberwolves by 121-111.
Tyler Herro had 22 points, six rebounds and four assists in 26 minutes of play in his first preseason game.
Anthony Edwards recorded 24 points, three rebounds and three assists after playing 22 minutes.
Minnesota Timberwolves won the first quarter (26-24) and second quarter (38-28), then lost the third quarter (31-29) and drew the last quarter (28-28).
They were significant absentees in the game like Jimmy Butler of the Miami Heat, Karl-Anthony Edwards of the Minnesota Timberwolves and the new signing of the Minnesota Timberwolves from the Utah Jazz, Rudy Gobert.
