Niger Tornadoes have been charged for breaching NPFL Framework & Rules in the course of their Matchday 23 game vs Rangers.
Tornadoes failed to provide adequate & effective security resulting in unauthorized persons gaining access to restricted areas.
There was also encroachment onto the pitch by Tornadoes officials & unauthorized persons during the game vs Rangers on Sunday (March 3, 2024).
Niger Tornadoes are further charged for conducting themselves in a manner capable of bringing the game to disrepute.
A fine of N1 million is imposed on Tornadoes for failing to provide adequate security.
Tornadoes will pay another N1 million fine for encroachment onto the pitch during the match vs Rangers.
A further N1 million fine is slammed on the Minna club for general misconduct.
Niger Tornadoes have 48 hours from the date of this notice to appeal or accept these sanctions.
