Head coach of the Nigeria Women Football League club FC Robo Queens Emmanuel Osahon has confirmed that they took their chance in the first half of the game.
The Lagos-based team in Wednesday on match day 4 of the league defeated Ibom Angels 2-3 away from home.
During a post-match conference, Osahon hailed the players of Ibom Angels for giving them a good fight in the second half.
” We half a wonderful performance as you can see that we scored 3 goals in the first half.
It shows we are coming up gradually and it’s a gradual process, Ibom Angels are not a pushover but we just tried to hold our own.
They came out to give us a good fight in the second half and we are lucky to take our chances in the first half”, he said.
