Nigeria’s Super Eagle coach Jose Peseiro has described the time spent in England with Nigeria players as a great moment.
The Portuguese gaffer has been in England for the past few days monitoring Nigeria players and having a discussion with them.
He was at the City Ground the home of the newly promoted Nottingham Forest last week when they held Chelsea to a 1-1 in a game Taiwo Awoniyi was adjudged man of the match.
He expressed his happiness through his social media handle on Monday.
” Very productive time in the UK watching football games with many Nigerian players in action. Such a pleasure to watch them live and talk to them one to one.
Thank you to all teams for their hospitality!”, he said.
Super Eagles will be back in action in March 2023 when the African Cup of Nations qualifier resume across the continent.
